(Unless I’m in a venue requiring mobiles to be turned off.)
There are a few occasions when I may be unable to answer my mobile.
If you call and there is no reply, please leave a voicemail message or send a text including brief details of your enquiry and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

I usually answer emails within 24 - 72 hours.
If you have waited 72 hours and had no reply, I probably didn’t receive your email.
In this case, please try sending it again or telephone me instead.
